天安门的英文：Tian' anmen Square
对于千年古城北京来说，闻名遐迩且有象征意味的建筑很多。其中天安门算是最突出的一个！很多人可能没去过北京，但有多少人不知道天安门？
事实上，城楼图案醒目出现在国徽里的天安门，不仅是北京的象征，也是中国国家的象征。
不过，当我们回望历史时，就会发现，在过去漫长的封建时代，天安门其实只是紫禁城的一个城门而已。
