OK, XXXX sentence?, we are coming from Venus and the Americans are coming from Mars. (是说相互听不懂么...囧) Europe constantly XXXX countries from Europe, particularly Germany, is not really, err, willing to take responsibility at the international stage. What does it mean? We are from different counitres, different cultures and systems. So both of us claim that we belong to Europe, but you don't want to become the same. XXXXXX finally after 60 years. We have different social systems, different understanding of freedom, importance of religion?/direction? That means at many points we have different view of points (噗...point of views啦) We make different decisions. Umm, normally when we have a problem in Iran, Iraq, Afganistan, the Americans will resolve it by military means XXXX solve the problem while the Germans are standing by a side and waiting for them. Because, due to our XXXX, any intervention in other states, especially us German, we don't like to visit other countries again and that kind of matter (是因为二战吧....确认了！是德国口音！怪不得那个R音会如此销魂...囧) And we also believe that intervention only has a short term result, but long term it's often a failure. OK, may I ask you: why should Europe care about the promotin of international human rights? And freedom or peace? It's coming from our history, and now you can XXXX many relations, and you can see clearly that XXXX that our decisions should be guided by principles of the Union, which means democracy, rule of law, XX-lity, human rights, and so on. And below, we can see more clearly XXX At first we have to safeguard our values, security, independence, XXX-bility. And second, we have to XXX and support democracy.
