It needs two days for you to pay the the balance（residual payment）, and it needs 5 days for us to send express mail to you. so, you'd better to begin the payment 7days before the arrival of the goods at the destination.

见形式发票付款30%，余款在货物备好后付清，付清后5个工作日内发货30% down payment upon PI, and 70% should be paid when products are ready to ship out. The seller should delivery the products within 5 working days after receiving full payment.
