1991年12月19日出生于中国重庆市万州区，本名冯亚男，流行音乐女歌手、网络主播，毕业于北京师范大学珠海分校。
2014年9月在斗鱼直播游戏时为观众演唱歌曲，开始了其网络主播的生涯。2016年9月翻唱《别找我麻烦》走红。其代表作品有《玻璃糖》、《哼》、《边走边爱》、《吹海风》等个人单曲。
2018年11月3日她受邀出席“流行金曲排行榜”年度典礼，拿下“最流行年度最佳新人奖”。2019年凭借《佛系少女》获得第二十六届东方风云榜音乐盛典十大金曲奖。1月，获得第一届Q China2018年度音乐盛典最佳社交媒体音乐人奖。
2月4日、5日，冯提莫为时尚杂志《领客LINK》拍摄的摄影作品登上纽约时代广场纳斯达克广告屏幕。5月，发布个人翻唱专辑《莫须有》；8月，举办首场个人演唱会，并发布首张原唱实体专辑《冯提莫》。
同年12月19日，冯提莫宣布签约Bilibili，她将成为Bilibili的主播。2020年12月11日，参演的《2020湖南卫视12.12超拼夜》在中国大陆首播。
