stop的用法
stop的基本意思是“停止,止住”,指动作、运动、活动或某项进程的中止,或运动中的物体的中止,有短期或突然停止的意味。引申可表示“逗留; 休息”“填塞,阻塞(道路)”“阻止,拦住”“拒绝给予或允许,止付,扣留”等。
