别人给你推荐的英语辅导也并不能说都适合你学习。你要根据自己的实际情况参考比较。我都是工作.好.下班九点后才回家上线ABC先下在线口语，思德英语，spiikrre英语，O1S英语上课，1对1外教辅导真的有明显效果。随着我国改革开放力度进一步加大，尤其是在我国加入WTO以来，英语口语表达能力的重要性日益凸现。本文就高中口语教学谈一谈自己的理解以及在日常教学中的做法 一、口语训练时应注意的问题 1.注意培养学生的跨文化意识 要想提高学生的口语能力，必须让学生接触和了解英语国家的文化。首先，有益于学生在用英语交际时对英语的理解和使用。一个不具备英语国家社会文化背景知识的人很难能正确使用英语进行跨文化交际。其次，教师适当导入与学生身边的日常生活密切相关的英语国家的文化知识，这样不但能激发学生学习英语的兴趣，而且有益于加深对英语国家文化的理解和认识。第三，能提高对中外文化差异的敏感性和鉴别能力，使学生具有初步的跨文化交际能力。在与外族人交谈时，本族人对于他们在语音和语法方面的错误往往比较宽容；但如果违反说话规则，就会被认为是不礼貌的。可见，文化学习对于口语有着重要意义 .注意训练学生的发音 学生一开始学英语时，教师就要严把语音关。特别是初学阶段，教师最好要严要求每一个学生。教师可以让学生录好录音带交上来，之后，教师逐个听，对于发音不是很好的学生，要让他再练习，重新录，直到能通过为止。这可为他们练就一口流利的口语打下坚实的基础 .注意语言材料的选择 教师在紧扣课本的前提下，应多选择学生喜闻乐见的材料。因此，教师可选择“足球”“音乐”“电脑”“军事”等年轻人喜欢的题材进行讨论。这样，学生在口语操练时就会觉得有话可说 二、英语口语教学的方法 1.模仿法 学生跟着录音机、广播或原声电影等练习口语的一种方法。反复跟读，模仿其中的语音、语调，会提高学生的口语流利性，培养其语感。模仿时一定要大大方方，口齿清晰明朗，切忌畏畏缩缩，重点把握语音、语调和语速，模仿时要求学生用心揣摩、体会，并且要有恒心 .复述法 在低段英语教学中，对于一些故事性较强的课文，教师可让学生熟读课文，然后让学生复述主要内容，必要时，教师可把一些关键词写在黑板上。在一个学生复述课文后，可请另外一个学生加以补充。这种方法不仅能提高学生的口语水平，而且还能使学生加深对课本的理解 .组词成文法 在学生学了某一单元后，为使学生掌握该单元的词汇、词组、固定句型，教师应引导学生发挥自己的想象，尽可能多地利用本单元学过的词汇、词组、固定句型编出内容具体、情节生动的情景片断，从而内化为自己的语言 .角色扮演法 对于高中课本中涉及的有关人物、事件之类的题材的教学，教师也可组织学生扮演不同的角色进行口语练习。如在教学高二课本第一模块第一单元Great scientists时，教师可让一名学生扮演John Snow，其它学生扮演记者举行一次记者招待会，让记者就当时霍乱的起源、危害以及最后如何被消灭等情况进行采访。这样，既能增强学生对口语操练的兴趣，又能加深对课本知识的记忆 .巧设开放性问题，开展讨论 结合学生课文学习内容和生活实际，教师巧设开放性问题，训练学生的思维能力和口头表达能力，达到活学活用的目的。这里举一个杭外教学的例子。杭外学生在使用的《新视野英语》第六册里有一篇A Brilliant Cld，学完后任教教师联系这个天才儿童设计了如下的问题：If you were a parent，would you like to have such a cld? Why or why not?通过这样的讨论，不仅能培养学生的发散性思维、开阔他们的视野，而且能锻炼和提高他们的口头表达能力 此外，培养学生的口语能力也可贯穿于课前的warming up活动和课外的延伸活动中。课前warming up活动形式非常多，如值日告、世界知识1分钟问答、新闻、时事评论等。在课外可以举办教师之角（由学生轮流主持），对电影、电视剧片断进行配音、电视片断角色扮演、举办智力竞赛、趣味竞赛、异国风情展、各个世界日的宣传等，从各个方面让学生感受外国文化的氛围，增强学生英语口语操练的兴趣，从而提高他们的口语能力 总之，训练高中学生的口语方法很多，需要每一个教师认真去探索。这样才能不断出现新方法，保持学生口语操练的兴趣。
