用英语表达生病感觉不舒服，你用sick还是upset呢，你知道表达身体不适还有哪些英语说法吗?下面跟着我一起学习表达身体不适的英语说法吧。

1. Under the weather

Weather是“天气”的意思，但under the weather却和天气没关系，它的意思就是“不太舒服”。

例：She's a little under the weather today, so she won't be joining us.

(她今天不太舒服，就不和我们一起了。)

2. Come down with

得了某种病，除了用catch或者suffer from，你还可以说come down with，后面直接跟什么病。

例：I think I may be coming down with a cold.

(我觉得我没准是感冒了。)

3. Rotten

一看见rotten，你可能一下子就想到“烂”这个词，它除了有“令人不快的”，“质量低劣的”意思，还能表示“身体不舒服”、“虚弱的”。

例：I feel rotten today.

(我今天感觉不舒服。)

4. Lay up

Lay up有“搁置”的意思，如果是跟生病或受伤扯上关系，就是表达“在家养病养伤”或“卧床不起”。

例：He was laid up by the flu.

(他得了流感，卧床不起。)

5. Pick up

Pick up有“捡”的意思，捡钱你可以用它，得病也可以。表达被别人传染了，就可以用上pick up这个 短语 。

例：I think I picked up a cold from someone at work.

(我感觉自己是上班被人传染才得了感冒。)
