楼上的答案错误害怕：fear（动词或名词）；afraid（形容词，一般是be afraid of sth搭配）；scary是形容词，但其主语一般是物，指某某东西引起恐慌，人物作主语的时候，一般用scared，也是形容词，指某某人被吓着了，someone was scared开火：如果是指枪、大炮等武器的话，就直接用 fire就行了，不用什么OPEN FIRE！不过值得注意的是，fire这里作不及物动词，所以后面一般接介词+名词，不直接接名词，或直接后面不跟名词，over
