一、lose
1、lose在作不及物动词时还可表示“(表)走慢了”。
2、lose用作及物动词时,后接名词或代词作宾语,有时可接双宾语,表示“使…失去”。
3、lose是瞬间动词,通常不与表示一段时间的状语连用。
4、lose no time in ...一般表示“赶快去……”,有时也表示“不白费时间在……”。在容易产生歧义的场合应避免使用。注意in有时被省略。
5、lost to...通常作“失去了……”解,不过应在容易被误会的场合避免使用。
6、lose后可跟双宾语。
7、lose是短暂动词,所以不可用于完成时态。
8、lose作“迷路”意时为及物动词,后面须跟宾语,如lose one's way。
