腩肉好吃的做法多彩番茄牛腩肉材料主料:番茄3个,洋葱1个,胡萝卜1根,牛腩肉200克,玉米30克,青豆30克,大葱半根 调料:植物油1勺,黄油30克,生粉1勺,黑胡椒1勺,红酒3勺,红糖3勺,耗油2勺,葱、姜、盐、鸡精各适量做法1、番茄、胡萝卜切成小丁,洋葱切丝。2、牛腩肉切成片,放入生粉、黑胡椒、红酒、耗油、葱、姜、盐,腌制30分钟。3、锅烧热倒入植物油,烧至7成热,放入姜炒香后倒入腌制好的牛腩肉快炒至8成熟出锅。4、在沙锅中将黄油烧化,放入洋葱、胡萝卜,炒香后加入番茄翻炒。5、番茄出汁后,改小火慢炖待基本融化后,加入牛腩肉、玉米、青豆、红糖、盐改中火炒匀。6、炒匀后再用小火炖10分钟即可。小诀窍将黄油烧化的时候火不能太大,以免把黄油炒糊。
