People plant a great number of young trees in the mountains.When the trees grow big and tall enough,they are cut down by workers and carried out of the mountains to the paper mill where fine paper is made from wood.

Then it is taken to every corner of the country and used for different purposes.Some people use paper to copy writing,others use it to write something such as letters,reports and articles.

When paper turns out to be of no use,the waste paper is collected and retreated in the recycling factory before being put into use again.

人们在山里种植大量的小树苗。当树木长到足够高大的时候，就会被工人砍伐下来减少了，从山里运到造纸厂，把树木制成纸张。

Waste Separation from Your Campus

It’s no doubt that university campuses will produce a large amount of rubbish everyday, however, there are fewer college students paying attention to its classification.

Factually waste separation is vital to create an environment-friendly campus. Firstly, waste separation does great contribution to the environmental protection. Since some of waste is recyclable, while other is unrecyclable, if all the students could voluntarily differentiate recyclable rubbish from unrecyclable rubbish, the risk of the environmental pollution will be greatly reduced. Secondly, waste separation could save a lot of energy and time on its processing.

With the rapid increase in the amount of rubbish at the campus, rubbish classification does not permit of any delay. On the one hand, as the well- educated people, college students should act as hosts of the universities and separate waste from this moment in their daily life. On the other hand, university authorities should strengthen students’ awareness of environmental protection and suide students to separate waste in a reasonable way.

There are some ways to reuse the wastes. The used plastic bags can be used to contain our family rubbish. The empty tins can be made into ashtrays. We can also make the used bottles into different kinds of handiwork. That will make our rooms more beautiful. If we don't know how to reuse the wastes, we can sell them to the recycling station. There are many other ways to reuse the wastes. If we try our best to recycle the wastes, there will be less waste and less pollution in our life. To cherish the environment is to love ourselves.

As for Printing Industry, Publishing Industry and other related ones, it is a big loss in making profits.On the other hand, however, many more people think recycling textbooks is a good suggestion, which I quite agree to. For one thing, recycling textbooks can save a lot of natural resources and reduce waste. Besides, a cut in the expenses means less stress for the parents, especially for those relatively less rich ones. And for students, it is also a useful way to develop a good habit of reading and taking care of books, to cultivate the sense of social responsibility of valuing common property and promote the awareness of treasuring natural resources. As a matter of fact, recycling textbooks is very popular with some foreign countries such as Australia, which has set a good example to us.Therefore, recycling textbooks is not only necessary but also helpful.
