对自己严格英文

She has high standards for herself. standards是表准。 在美语里， has high standards for oneself是指对她自己的要求很高。 让句子更清楚的话， 可以说 Because she has such high standards, she is pretty strict with herself. 句意是就是因为她对自己的要求很高， 她对自己非常严格。 注： pretty在这里不是形容词漂亮， 反而是副词， 非常的意思。

bestrictwithsb.的意思是对……要求高、严格、严厉。注意短语中有be动词，所以“我总是严格要求自己”应译为Iamalwanysstrictwithmyself.

always be strict with oneself（yourself/myself/himself/herself等）

后者说法正确，因为always是副词，strict是形容词，主语I后面不能直接跟副词或者是形容词，因此要加Be动词
