金融机构（Financial Institution）是指从事金融服务业有关的金融中介机构，为金融体系的一部分，金融服务业（银行、证券、保险、[1]信托、基金等行业）与此相应。

1、市场风险
市场风险是指因市场波动而使得投资者不能获得预期收益的风险，包括价格或利率、汇率因经济原因而产生的不利波动。除股票、利率、汇率和商品价格的波动带来的不利影响外，市场风险还包括融券成本风险、股息风险和关联风险。
