In order to keep balance between life and work, different people have various ideas. But when it comes to me, I think the most important is to be positive. Nobody could avoid difficulties and anxiety, especially with work pressure. A lot of people work long time and eat in their office rushly, stay very late in their office. Of course this is terrible for their pysical health. We need to be positive about life. There is no callenge we could not face.

The balance between work and life is a false proposition. There is no balance between them, only a choice. We must admit that a person's energy is limited, efficient working hours are limited, short time is no way to improve the quality.
