3、连锁加盟契约(Franchise Agreement)，连锁加盟的核心是特许经营权的转让，授权者作为转让方，向各连锁加盟店授与知识产权或经营模式的垄断使用权和必要信息。
连锁加盟契约主要内容略可分为四大部分：
1、授权者的权利及义务
2、被授权者的权利及义务
3、特许经营的转让
4、终止条款。
