那大烧饼不知道看没看人家的提问~还上大学？~LZ问的是培训，你扯淡扯得太远了，什么每天20单词，人家是给员工培训~估计又是个粘贴派~要么就是题目没看明白。我有，我以前在东方君悦做过，不过，都是英语培训和相关岗业培训的文字版本~得有两公斤~真不蒙你~我也做过酒店培训师，给员工培训过，给你些建议吧。首先你没说清楚是给什么岗位员工培训，餐厅服务员?前台？还是厨师？员工水平不齐是正常的，但你要给自己培训定个目标，培训后他们至少可以达到什么标准，什么地步。这个是关键。例如：培训餐厅员工：一般的待客英语用语是必须发材料人手一份给他们的。基本对话，每个餐厅特色菜的英文另外要附加一些虾，酒水，还有蔬菜的英文名称。不需要太多，常用的就几十个而已（针对非五星级别饭店）万一客人问起原料，拿什么做的，必须得有知道的~不能事事都找经理吧？顺序：先发最简单待客用语，这个哪都有下载的，外面还有卖的英语餐厅用语，摘抄一些就可以。然后下次培训可以逐步加难度，要求掌握尽量多的餐厅各个菜品以及蔬菜水果名称。培训前台：这个一般业务性比较强，不知道你是否能胜任。主要是找情景对话给他们。让他们背熟了。前台各个业务流程等遇到的相对英文名称，要他们熟悉。其他的都好说。康乐部~照旧，估计你们那就算有康乐部，也用不到太深的英语用语。告诉员工，微笑最主要，谁都有听不懂的时候。别忘了给俺加分~~~

、1.每天20个单词，不多吧？我高中每天30个2.每天做一篇完型阅读，不困难吧？吃完中午饭了做一篇，顶多10min。3.每天早读把课文读熟，记住要滚瓜烂熟，最好能复述。就这3点，只要你保证20个单词记住了，而且坚持做2，3步，你就只用等着去上大学了。
