西餐的基本礼仪常识
就坐
就座时,身体要端正,手肘不要放在桌面上,不可跷足,与餐桌的距离以便于使用餐具为佳。餐台上已摆好的餐具不要随意摆弄。将餐巾对折轻轻放在膝上。
刀叉
从外侧往内侧取用刀叉,要左手持叉,右手持刀;切东西时左手拿叉按住食物,右手执刀将其锯切成小块,然后用叉子送入口中。
使用刀时,刀刃不可向外。进餐中放下刀叉时,应摆成"八"字型,分别放在餐盘边上。刀刃朝向自身,表示还要继续吃。
每吃完一道菜,将刀叉并拢放在盘中。如果是谈话,可以拿着刀叉,无需放下。不用刀时,也可以用右手持叉,但若需要作手势时,就应放下刀叉,千万不可手执刀叉在空中挥舞摇晃,也不要一手拿刀或叉,而另一只手拿餐巾擦嘴,也不可一手拿酒杯,另一只手拿叉取菜。要记住,任何时候,都不可将刀叉的一端放在盘上,另一端放在桌上。
酒杯
用三根手指轻握杯脚。酒类服务通常由服务员负责将少量酒倒入酒杯中,让客人鉴别一下品质是否有误。只须把它当成一种形式,喝一小口并回到Good。接着,侍者会来倒酒,这时,不要动手去拿酒杯,而应把酒杯放在桌上由侍者去倒。正确的握杯姿势是用手指轻握杯脚。为避免手的温度使酒温增高,应用大拇指、中指、食指握住杯脚,小指放在杯子的底台固定。
喝酒
喝酒时绝对不能吸着喝,而是倾斜酒杯,像是将酒放在舌头上似的喝。轻轻摇动酒杯让酒与空气接触以增加酒味的醇香,但不要猛烈遥晃杯子。此外,一饮而尽,边喝边透过酒杯看人,都是失礼的行为。不要用手指擦杯沿上的口红印,用面巾纸擦较好。
甜点吃法
冰淇淋
吃冰淇淋一般使用小勺。当和蛋糕或馅饼一起吃或作为主餐的一部分时,要使用一把甜点叉和一把甜点勺。
馅饼
吃水果馅饼通常要使用叉子。但如果主人为你提供一把叉子和一把甜点勺的话,那么就用叉子固定馅饼,用勺挖着吃。吃馅饼是要用叉子的,除非馅饼是带冰淇淋的,这种情况下,叉、勺都要使用。如果吃的是奶油馅饼,最好用叉而不要用手。以防止馅料从另一头漏出。
