英语教师岗位的1和5应该没有什么特定的含义,只是招聘岗位设置时的区分方式,如果说两个岗位的区别的话应该看看具体岗位要求,这是最大的区别吧。

各位领导,各位老师,各位同学:  大家好!  今天我很荣幸能够在这宝贵的八钟里扮演一个老师的角色,和大家一起分享我的学校管理理念。    我一直认为21世纪老师治校理念的创新对学校的发展有着巨大的影响作用,在这个多元化的教育形势与背景下,假如我是一位老师,我会在学校管理过程中贯穿与强化和谐、创新这一治校理念, 并努力实践之。  这首先应该体现在老师个人定位上。假如我是一位老师,我要做到以下两点:  做一个“事业型老师” 。所以要尽量避免“官本位”的误区。在担任老师这个“官职”后,肯能我就会开始为陷入无从脱身于权衡各种人事漩涡而烦恼苦闷。无形与有形的岗位职责,过多的“琐事”可能会使,往往会制肘一位优秀的老师。对于老师,假如能把它从一个官职在认识上转化为一种职业,其本人才能够有意识地产生一种长期做事业的冲动与追求。  做一个“老师”。我觉得作为老师,很多人本身也是从教师队伍中走出来的,“取之于民,用之于民”嘛!老师不仅要关注学校运作,而且要更多地实地考察师生的需要问题。 “知政之得失者在朝野”,假如我大部分时间都是花在旅途与会场或是办公室里,与主任、科长们谈学生的需要,还不如到学生寝室或图书馆去逛一逛,与普通教师一起共进午餐,坐坐校车,更能拉近与师生之间的距离!那么怎么样做,才能使这种“平民化”道路走得更长远呢?  那就是强化服务理念。现代社会,管理就是服务的理念已为越来越多的管理者所接受,和谐校园的建设,要求以人为本的管理,所以必须强化管理者化身为服务者的理念。老师作为一所学校的最高行政管理者在职责履行过程中的所有的工作,诸如决策,协调,其根本的出发点都是为了教师与学生的发展,因此我为师生发展及时而优质的服务的价值取向,也成了我推崇老师“平民化”的源由,目的就是为了满足这种发展的需要。    假如我是老师,我将继续倡导德育同伴教育。“德育同伴教育”是指具有相同背景、相似经历和年龄的大学生,在一起分享知识和观念,利用朋辈的影响力,在彼此之间传递健康向上的思想、知识,以唤起共鸣,促使教育内化,达到润物无声、奋发向上的一种教育方式。同伴的影响力在一定程度上远远超过了家长和教师的教导,“德育同伴教育”倡导的是一种学生面对面平等对话、交流与沟通的新型教育方式,是教育活动贴近学生、贴近生活、贴近实际的有益尝试,可以弥补传统的由教师‘单向灌输’方式的不足,使学生们在互动中更好地审视自我,提升自我,促成学生个体的和谐。 就我所知,杭师院在开展朋辈互助活动方面已经初显成效,但这还是不够的,我觉得作为校长,对于新生的有生命力并得到实践证明了的优秀教育手段与方法,应予以开发与支持,甚至可以作为一门校本课程进行研究与实践。  许多媒体都在关注当今大学生的道德礼仪问题,现在的社会就业压力大,竞争激烈。大学生面试时的道德礼仪往往影响其面试的直接结果。作为一个大学的校长,我觉得有必要在每个班级里设一个“礼仪老师”。学校可以先招募一批有一定责任心的志愿者,通过一段时间的培训后再分派到班级层面上进行指导与教学。例如:坐姿,服饰搭配等。中国自古就是礼仪之邦,礼仪的学习一方面可以继承民族的传统,又可以适应社会发展的客观要求,对大学生的就业与人际交往都有这积极的促进作用。    “社会即学校”,“教学做合一”,学生很多知识经验都是由社会实践中得来的。假如我是大学校长,学校就有责任帮助在校学生解决这个实际问题,既然学生出行比较困难,那么就要把就业实习单位引进来,或者积极组织,把学生推荐出去。在“双赢”理念的基础上建立一种“校企伙伴关系”,也就是说尽可能多的在学生与企事业单位之间搭建交流与沟通桥梁。学校在与企事业单位建立一种长期的稳定的伙伴关系后,可以给学生提供更多地实践理论的机会与平台。  八分钟的演说确实很短,我只能从以上几点来简单地表述一下作为“老师”对自己工作的一些要求与设想,我希望通过这次活动,能够与大家进行广泛的交流与学习,从而提高自身对高校管理的理解与认识!谢谢大家!
