The man Mario Scaramella met the Russian Alexander Litvenenko on the day he became ill. Mr. Scaramella who has also been affected by radiation was arrested on his return from London. The United States has made an urgent plea for an unprecedented global effort to fight the Ebola outbreak that's originated in West Africa.
