The supplier shall bear corresponding responsibility according to law for any losses or claims arising out of quality defect of the supplied goods as evaluated and proved by the technical supervision department approved by both parties.Both parties agree that any dispute arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the people's court of the place where the defendant is located.Agreed by the supplier.
