1、非洲很多地方是前英国殖民地。而且很多部落虽然原始，但是部落的首领都受过较好的教育，因此会说英语。2、还有一个是因为官方语言是他们用来与外部交流的语言，部落间的语言有差异，反而是殖民地语言的英语成了大家共通的语言了，估计这也有一定的关系其实非洲部落还有很多说法语的，法国曾经在非洲有很大的势力范围。。。以上没经过求证，是我记得以前某本书上讲的。第二条是我自己的推断~

Both Pidgin and Creol refer to non-English speaking ethnic groups in exposure to English after the English and their own language, usually spoken mixed together, gradually formed a kind of spoken language. The latter can also be a tribal language, used in Australia's Northern Territory Kriol word said. The Australian mainland and Tasmania, the island that there are many indigenous tribes speaking different languages, they and the British contacts, forming a number of different Pidgin and Creole languages. Now the vast majority of the indigenous people speak English, but the Australians speak English, and general different, so-called "indigenous English."
