First of all, English is the only allowed language at the party. Secondly, all the people must talk politely, and no swearing words are allowed. Trdly, every one must have an interesting performance to share. If the rules 1 and are violated, the person that breaks the rule must leave the party immediately. If the trd rule is violated, a fine of yuan must be paid at the end of the party.
