百度找个课件背下来就行了，试讲都是次要的，讲课的时候口语发音挺重要，然面试的人感觉发音很标准。小学教师面试简单的很，你有学历，经验，板书写的差不多，基本没问题

看是多大的孩子了，没课本的话就自己选择一个要说的话题，比如说 What do you like?然后练习 I like ______. I like to ______.然后做一个游戏，一个孩子说 I like A. 下一个可以说 I like A and B. 一直接龙，看能接多长。

就是直接把少儿英语的教材某一个部分拿出来讲一下。当然要根据少儿的特点来选择合适的授课方法，不要过于严肃，讲课声音、手势等都要注意。关键是自己一定要自信，不要紧张。一紧张就会影响自己的发挥的。可以找一些专业的论坛什么的看看，比如一分钟训练营啊，看看上面别人都是怎样在很多人面前表现自己的

小学英语面试试讲注意事项 ：　　1、试讲时一定要注意语调，要有变化；语速，一定不要全快或者全慢。 　　2、最好有板书。如果书法很好，可以边讲边写；如果不好，可以在说教学过程的最后一个环节专门加上板书设计，简单的写点。要尽量发挥自己的优点掩饰缺点，怎样有利怎样做。 　3、小学英语的教授原则一般是寓教于乐，活动和游戏比较多。所以试讲时，尽量展示课堂的丰富多彩。　　试讲的形式是由评委充当学生，试讲者将试讲过程模拟为真实课堂，也要进行一定的互动，例如提出问题，设置讨论等，对于所提问题的回答，既可选择由一个评委来回答（如果评委肯配合的话）；也可选择在提出问题后稍停几秒钟，然后以类似“根据同学们的回答，我们进行一下总结”这样一句话直接过渡到下面的环节，这样也可以体现出课堂的互动环节。　　试讲中要注意结合板书，由此集中评委的眼光；要自信、大方；声音要洪亮，发音准确；在出现小失误时不要紧张，因为评委可能本来没注意到，但却因为紧张而扣分；精彩部分放在前半部分，因为评委通常在前半段就把分数打出来了。
