姿势很重要，姿势很重要，姿势很重要，重要的事情说三遍。我高尔夫最开始是老公教的，练习场，空挥，练姿势，经常打地。后来老公觉得自己毕竟不是教练，怕最初姿势不对之后还要调就找了教练，瞬间好了很多，所以高尔夫入门一个好的教练还是很重要的。集中的练，打过1万个球就会有一个大的提升。高尔夫是一个需要耐心修炼的过程，必须沉下心不能急躁。很多人打了一辈子还依然在学习。高尔夫礼仪和规则比打球本身重要，因为高尔夫是一项绅士运动。

第一次打，看教练示范了下，然后拿着6号杆开始整了，经历了几次打不中球，然后打出地平球、25码球后，运气爆表打出了几杆100码。再然后不小心把球杆，没错，是球杆！挥的时候飞出去了，大概飞了20多码吧，反正向左前方飞出去了，都看不到落到哪里了。大概手汗太多，没戴手套的缘故吧。其实关键是姿势和腰力、肘力吧，不要太大力气的。今天大概50个球吧，最远一个150码左右。
