面试是企业招聘中最后一个环节,求职者大多不知道该如何“取悦”主考官,不同行业面试时对求职者的要求也不一样。本期我们走访了世界500强企业、零售业巨头家乐福的人事主管,请她来谈谈自己在招聘过程中的一些体会。自信是敲门砖。问:您遇到过各种各样的面试者,能给他们大体分个类吗?您比较欣赏哪一种?答:我将面试者大体分为四类,狂妄自大型、过分谦虚型、如实交代型、略带技巧型。我个人比较欣赏略带技巧型的面试者。去年4月,我们人力资源部要招聘一位英语培训师,最终两个女孩子进入面试。其中一个是学人力资源的,英语不错,专业背景又比较吻合;另一个是英语专业出身,但不知能否适应人力资源工作。面试时,那个英语专业的女孩似乎看出了我的犹豫,主动上前自我介绍:“我是英语专业毕业的,相信我绝对更专业。”就在那一瞬间,我心中的天平开始倾斜。事实证明,这位女孩子的确很优秀,不到一年时间就晋升为部门主管。面试时不宜谈薪水。问:现在很多求职者,面试时都会直截了当地问薪水,您怎么看这个问题?答:我们一般不看好面试时特别关注薪水的求职者。零售业工作比较辛苦,我们公司不少管理人员都是从基层做起的。家乐福的员工只要有热情的工作态度、良好的沟通组织能力都有机会获得提升。待遇其实是与个人能力紧密挂钩的,面试时过多谈薪水会让人对你的工作能力产生怀疑。先了解企业文化。问:面试前应该做哪些准备,才能顺利过关呢?答:应聘不同的公司会有不同的要求,最重要的是能迅速理解并认同用人单位的企业文化和行业特点。在面试中,我们更看好穿西服、打领带、指甲整齐、面带微笑的求职者。作为零售企业的员工,自己都不会装扮,如何使商品达到最佳的视觉效果呢?

笼统的来说:任何的英文面试,首先都是一个:self-introduction,然后具体的问题问答,还有面试官让你提问题这几个环节。具体的来说,你可以把准备的重点放在self-introduction和问题的回答上面。self-introduction:你最好用一句话,清晰概括你的姓名,大学,专业。然后再用一句话概括你做过什么与这份工作相关的实践或者工作。这个之后,你可以挑一件实践,详细讲讲(3-5句话),如不然,可以讲讲你的兴趣。总之,简短,但是信息表述清晰,有相关性。问答环节,面试官会按你提供的信息问,也会按你选择的职位问。不管问什么,尽量答得和你要申请的职位相关。可以采取举例子的方法。

1、需要熟悉面试考官问的面试题目 Part 1: self introduction(自我介绍) 可以用中文也可以用英文,建议使用英文,面试官是native English speaker,英语好的求职者之前准备个两三遍就行了,英语弱的要多准备。 Apple面试官会给每人2分钟时间。最后对对你的兴趣爱好稍加提问,以增进感情。 Part2:Discussion based on the Video(基于视频的讨论) 面试官在放video之前会问求职者去过apple store(苹果商店)没有,并用一个词描述apple store给你的感觉。 接着放video,可以看到世界各地apple store.之后面试官会基于问video问一些问题: Q:从短片中看到了什么 ? Q:对retail的理解? Q:对apple store的理解? Q:如果你是apple store员工,你怎样服务顾客?等等…… 在回答这些问题的时候能联系自己或者朋友的例子会更具有说服力。 Part3:other questions(其他问题) apple面试官也会问求职者最喜欢哪部电影?举例曾经遇到过的一个很难相处的人,你是如何和他/她沟通的?这类问题是看求职者的性格和处理人际问题的方式。大部分应试者之前没有准备过这类问题,所以回答得都凭第一感觉,例子也很真实。 Part4:question time(提问时间) 接近尾声就轮到求职者对apple面试官提问。建议提与自己申请的职位相关的问题会比较适合. 总结:apple初面的氛围非常轻松,是聊天的感觉。面试官很友善,也不会对求职者的观点进行压力性的提问。整个过程中,其实更多是看求职者的交流能力,表达能力。所以不要紧张。不要紧张,不要迟到,准备充分即可。2、自己的心理准备1)放轻松,展现出真实的自己,让 Apple 了解你;这样也能有效的展现出自己的真实能力;避免急于表现,淡定。2).对苹果与其产品有基本的了解;但这不会是他们要重点考你的部分,他们更关注你是怎样的人,对于苹果的知识之后会有培训。我觉得重点是了解苹果的价值观。3).要知道:Retail Store 的店员不是推销员,是服务人员,是为了让客户 appreciate 来到 Retail Store;给予用户真正的建议,不会为了业绩而推荐不适合的产品,必要时应该建议客户去买别人家的产品。
