My reasons can be listed as follow:For one thing,by sending anthletes to abroad can reinforce friendship with other countries,thus share latest sports science thesis with each other.For another, it is definetly do good to the athletes themselves for making them realise the difference between Chinese and foreign athletes , so that they can handle the world-class competitions better.
