首先要有教师资格证，并熟悉英语教学大纲，一般都会有试讲，好好准备试讲的课件，面试时多多体现自己的丰富的教学经验。

不知道你是面试的初中高中的，基本上就是做一套中考或者高考题，再讲段课。如果你题做的不错，说明你基本知识扎实，如果讲课还可以说明表达能力可以，再有教师资格证就一点问题没有了。
