我个人认为"加强培训，加大力度"应该翻译成:Enhanced training, increase the intensity training--培训 & Intensify --力度

I'm very glad to take this training chance.I never give up learning english during my work and I passed the examination for MS in 2009.For me,listening and speaking were difficulty ,but now i am confident to my orle english by this training.I can communicate with foreigners happyly in my work.Also,i made many friends .Thank you so much!
