近日，教育部办公厅印发的《关于进一步减轻义务教育阶段学生作业负担和校外培训负担的意见》中，进一步明确义务教育阶段的校外机构类型范围。这里摘取部分内容：为贯彻落实中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发的《关于进一步减轻义务教育阶段学生作业负担和校外培训负担的意见》，指导各地做好校外培训〔包括线上培训和线下培训》治理工作,现就明确义务教育阶段校外培训学科类和非学科美范围通知如下:一、根据国家义务教育阶段课程设置的规定，在开展校外培训时，道德与法治、历史、地理、语文、额学、外语（英语、日语、俄语)、科学（或生物、物理、化学)按照学科类进行管理。对涉及以上学科国家课程标准规定的学习内容进行的校外培训，均列入学科类进行管理。二、在开展校外培训时，体育(或体育与健康)、艺术（或音乐、美术）学科，以及综合实践活动(含信息技术教育、劳动与技术教育）等按照非学科类进行管理。各地要严格按照国家课程方案和课程标准进行审核把关,加强日常监管和监督检查。
