With the acceleration of globalization, English, as an international language, takes people's attention more and more.The ardor of learning English rises and is rather unique, owing to the demand of market, various of English culture properties (mainly refers to training institutions and newspapers and magazines) emerge in an endless stream.People continously explore the potential of cultural industries in English business.Although there are wide variety of English training schools mushroomed, few of them can be truly named scale, characteristic, and brand demonstration effect. Therefore, this market still has considerable room for development, as well, its potential and growing demand have not been adequately met.Some economists point out that more than 95% of China's industries and properties have basically achieved the balance between supply and demand or excessive supply, but only education does not meet the demand further, and is still a seller's market, especially on English education.Some institutions will rise, and some are short-lived. The success or failure is valueable for us to learn from and analyze.The current global economic slows down, especially in China, the foreign trade sector was facing a grim situation, which directly affects the employment rate of English major students.It is necessary for us to get a way of how to combine our own advantages and current economic situation, to find potential business opportunities and to fight for our own businesses work.

有两个大的不同点：一.发音首先，举一个栗子：英式英语里是没有翘舌音的。这就体现在我对bird的发音感到诧异。学习了几年的美式英语，记得只要带有r的单词就会使劲卷，以显示我的发音是多么地道。美式英语是可以将/r/放到元音后，而英式英语 /r/只用来做浊辅音。那么在美式英语有翘舌的地方，英式英语怎么读呢？此时就请出存在感超强的——/ə/ 发音时嘴角向外咧开，像微笑一样。再举一个栗子：/æ/和/a:/的撕逼在美式英语用到/æ/的地方，英式英语几乎都会用到/a:/。比如can't美式发音/kænt/英式发音/ka:nt/，又比如dance美式发音/dæns/英式发音/da:ns/。以上只是几个栗子，英式英语和美式英语有很多词汇的发音都不同。英国人或者东欧人，他们都说的是英式英语，然而说美式英语的时候他们依然听得懂，所以可知英美混用并不影响理解。但是可能他们听我的英语就像我们听川普一样（四川话+普通话那样的椒盐普通话）。对于很多中国人来说，美式英语更加好听，英式英语总是听起来怪怪的，因为我们平时接触到的很多pop songs和Hollywood blockbusters 都是美式英语。（再啰嗦几句，个人认为所有的语言最需要精通的部分就是发音音标部分了，是基石般的存在。如果连/ð//θ/都还分辨不出的话那就赶紧把四级六级词汇扔箱底吧！并且学好了音标记单词真的有如神助！）二.用词书面上，我们更能分辨出英式英语和美式英语。例：pronunciation(NAmE) pronounciation(BrE) advise和advice都可以作为动词 (NAmE) advise为动词 advice为名词(BrE) cookie(NAmE) = biscuit(BrE) 不仅词的拼写不一样，而且许多地方用词都不一样。总的来说，英式英语和美式英语不同之处很多，但是追根溯源都是一样的。英式英语比较正式，美式英语比较随意，没有必要把它们放在对立的两段。
