1、 摆正心态。不能因为学生讨厌学英语了，自己心理不舒服，甚至抱怨英语难教，从而随便应付，抱怨只能给自己增加更多的烦恼。应该学会调整自己的心态，我们教的毕竟不是我们的母语，有难度那是正常的。 2．不要总是急。学生学不好你急，学生不会你急，就要考试了，学生没有复习好你也急，越是遇到这种事，就越冷静，不然你急学生也急，做起事情来效果就不是那么好。 3．与学生分享你的喜怒哀乐，老师有是人，不要对学生一副拒之千里的样子。不能因为自己不是班主任了就不与学生适当交流。适当让学生也知道你也有开心、烦恼，说不定他们能帮你解决，会促进师生关系的和谐发展。 4．尽管英语老师很辛苦，但是在额外的时间也应适时为学生付出。比如督促、检查学生的学习情况。不要抱怨说没有时间！ 5．工作辛苦要学会放松和爱自己。只有真正爱自己才能去爱你的学生。 我们选择了，我们就要学会快乐 ！既然我们选择了这份职业,那就爱它为它付出吧!
