之前有去英孚上过试听课程，知道英孚这个英语培训机构还是在地铁站看到其广告，然后按照广告上面的方式预约了一节试听课程。到了英孚中心了解后，英孚的环境还是挺高大尚的，给我的感觉就是贵族培训机构。英孚英语是线下小班制授课的，也有大班授课，小班1对4、大班课(20人左右)，还有英语角和沙龙什么的，选择很多，学习氛围也不错。不过感觉大班的效果微乎其微，1对4的机会比较少。想想还是觉得不太合适吧！这是我之前写下的心得，你可以参考一下英孚成人英语收费标准2019？我来说说

地点：北京亲身经历，本内容属真实，如有不实本人课负法律责任我是一个IT从事者，四月份的时候接到一个电话，说是英孚英语培训机构，之前这家机构也有打电话过，这次说让试听下看看。打电话的那个老师安排了一次简短的试听课，听完之后，之前安排打电话的那个老师立马又打过来电话，问我试听的如何，能不能听懂（注：讲的都是最简单的英语，营销策略不错），当时反馈的是还可以，然后老师说拿就付款吧，现在有优惠可以分期付款。本身有点想学英语的想法，但是疫情期间资金也比较紧张，想过段时间再说，跟老师说过段时间再说，想挂电话，但是老师说不行，必须现在打款，否则以后就没有优惠。就这样订了12个月的课程（老师一直想让我想两年的课程，交两年的钱），先交3000元人民币，交完之后又发给我一个支付宝的二维码当时都不知道是干啥的，老师也没有详细解释，扫完之后从 花呗把一年3000元人民币之外其它的钱也支付了，然后按月还花呗【这就是所谓的分期付款】现在疫情期间之前投资的项目也赔钱了，工作也没了，一直在找工作，也没心情学习，每个月还要还五千多的贷款。感觉自己承受不了了，所以向英孚总部申请了退款，跟他们说明了具体情况之后，他们反馈的意思是现在已经过了退款的期限，说当时合同里都写了，说是发到我的邮箱了。因为当时没去店里 在线上交的钱，也没注意合同什么的，现在突然跟我说合同的事，突然感觉自己掉坑里了。而且他们总部反馈的意思是，就算现在不学了不但不退钱，而且换呗的钱还得按月支付。【从头到尾一共上了3节课，而且当时说的是免费的课程】这样的机构，请求有关部门进行一定的约束，让其改善服务。在这里奉劝各位小白，人在社会一定要擦亮眼睛，避免被一层层套路。
