跟国外客户交流的时候,需要注意的一些英语表达。主要是一些词组的运用,也包括经常用得到的句子。在忙何事,与国内熟人见面难免会互相问候“你要去哪儿啊”“你下午要去做什么”“好久不见,你最近忙什么呢”,在我们看来互相关心的随口问话,在外国友人看来却可能是在窥探他人隐私,是一种很不尊重人的行为。所以不要窥探别人的隐私,只是简单的日常对话就可以了,这部分可以参照小学课本。

其实你去宾馆就知道了啊.第一当然是登记住客.接待客户.第二前台接电话.接受订房资料.还有就是住客打来前台需要服务这样.还有保管物品第三用最饱满的神态安安静静的等待客人的到来要求嘛?高档一点点的饿.经常接待外宾的酒店.您可能就需要英语口语的水平.起码要回交流.注意的一点.作为前台.就是酒店形象.切勿跟老油条一样的.懒懒散散的坐在前台.态度冷漠这样.这个是起码的职业精神.脾气好的必要的.因为有的客人脾气不好.容易生气.如果你和他对骂.没有办法做生意了.顾客是兄弟嘛..最后的.酒店也是一些团伙的聚集地.所以最好留心一点.突发事件的时候.有助于调查当然前面的要做那几点.当然也会有设备和相关的人员帮助你完善的.你主要是接待
