A happy day---Merry ChristmasNovember 25th is the western traditional day——Christmas Day. It is one of the most important festivals in the western countries just like the spring festival in China. Nowadays, not only the western people but also the Chinese people will celebrate together on Christmas Day .I had a good time on Christmas Day this year. Though we had classes, we also felt happy. Before the class, the monitor told us to sing a Christmas song to the teachers Gail and Pearl. Gail was our foreign teacher and Pearl was our English teacher who taught intensive reading. And we give them each a Christmas gift too. Our teacher felt very happy when they received our present which was not very expensive. Moreover, in the oral class, we held a Christmas party with Gail and Gail cook some rice for us to eat. Then we danced , sang and played games with Gail as well.In the evening, thanks to our Chinese teacher who didn’t require us have class in the Christmas Day, we had time to hold a party in our dormitory by ourselve. After having supper, my roommates and I went to Dong Ruan’s market to buy some snacks and something to drink. As soon as we came back to the dornitory, we decorate our room with the colourful decoration together. Then we gathered to eat and chat with each other. We also sang and danced crazily. What a happy Christmas Day it was! I would never forget this wonderful Christmas Day.
