比如去餐厅吃饭，别人跟服务员说要一个汉堡和可乐，这时候你就可以跟服务员说，me too.

你：Me too. 我也是（代表跟朋友买的东西一样的意思）
但是如果在其他场景，比如用于表达的时候就不能使用了。比如：
He buys hamburgers and coke, and so do I。
他买了汉堡和可乐，我也是。
He had a hamburger today, and so did I。
他今天吃了汉堡，我也是。
用于描述某件事的时候应该用 so do I，这样来表示我也是的意思。肯定是不能用me too的，要注意场景才行。
