分段建造中发生构建短、窄现象时，为避免换班，直接采用堆焊的办法加长、加宽。

裂缝：crack （焊缝/弧坑/热影响区裂纹:weld metal/crater/ heat-affected Zone (HAZ) crack）焊瘤:overlap冷隔：cold lap未焊满: under fill / incompletely filled groove咬边: undercut道间没有圆滑过渡/焊缝凹陷：bum effect / Excessive concave未溶合: lack of fusion / incomplete fusion气孔:gas pore / blowhole (针尖状气孔:pinhole; 密集气孔:porosity; 条虫状气孔:wormhole)夹渣: slag inclusion (夹钨:tungsten inclusion; 夹杂物:inclusion)未焊透:incomplete penetration / lack of penetration过度焊缝加强高：excessive reinforce / Excessive weld metal电弧烧伤：Arc strike / Arc burn焊接变形: welding deformation 烧穿:burn through 塌陷: excessive penetration凹坑:pit / dent过度打磨：excessive grinding焊疤：scar飞溅：spatter焊缝成行不好：poor profile焊角不足：lack of weld leg

长肉就是在处理焊前时遇到的问题。。。破口间隙过大，，一般二氧对接坡口距离最好控制在8~10mm，不能超过16mm（超过16就要换板） ，，10~16间隙就有点大 ，，就要在焊接前先加焊达到8个左右（8个是最好的）。。。就是长肉。。
