before holding a meeting ,the organizer or the relevant contact should make sure whether the meeting room is empty in advance and make the room registration.Please keep the room cleanliness,take care of the equipments,operate the equipment in a proper way and don't forget to cut off the source power when you fininsh.Please take your file box and personal belongings and close all the windows and doors when the meeting is over.Thanks for your cooperation.

Please keep the room tidy during meeting, and deal with all devices correctly. Please cut the room's power while meeting ends, and take all your file holders and private articles away with you.
