大学的四级听力相对来说还是比较简单的,提高听力水平重要的还是环境+技巧+积累。环境就是多让自己在英语的环境中,可以多听一听英文广播例如bbc,可以看美剧,多听英文歌,还有往年的四级听力真题一定得反复听,所谓技巧就是要学会找关键词,当做听力的时候不必能听懂每个句子,而是要会找句子中的关键词,理解了关键词从而会很容易大概理解整个句子的意思。最后是积累,积累是词汇量的积累,多背单词,不一定要会写,只求认识能听出来即可,词汇量越大,肯定会对听力有很大的提高。

一、听力练习:每日英语听力

找四级听力每日英语听力中可以单句精听,跟读原文等,帮助你练习听力的同时还可以锻炼口语。四级听力材料还可以进行翻译。

二、听力技巧:

短篇新闻

1.开头很重要,一般第一题的答案就在开头,所以开头一定不能走神,要全神贯注地听。

2.视听一致的原则。边听边打勾√,注意说的完整性,一般一个选项中打勾的词越多且说越完整,答案就是它了。

3.如果都没听见,那就选最接近主题的,你反复听到的词

4.注意同义词的转换,这需要慢慢积累。

长对话

这一部分相对简单,采用男女对话形式展开,跟我们高中英语听力就很像了,要注意细节。有时选项都说到了,那就要注意问的是男生还是女生。

三、具体步骤:

第一遍:正常过一遍后,对答案。

第二遍:重点听你没有听出来的,返回去再听,实在听不出来,放弃,直接看答案。注意,看完答案后,要找出自己为什么听不出来的原因,是生词太多?语速过快?一一找出来,对症下药

第三遍:在第二遍的基础上,你大致理解了原文内容,可以试着关闭原文,看能听懂多少。听完后要记得反思,积累生词,整理笔记。过一段时间后再继续听,看自己掌握了多少。时间充裕的话可以还试着听写,找一篇一分多钟的文章,真题最好,精听。不要太难,适合自己的才是最好的。每个人的情况不同,要找到最适合自己的方法。

练习听力时,要用心去听,边听的时候脑子里边快速反应听到句子的意思。其实不需要每一句每一字都听懂,一句话里面,你能听懂他主要在讲什么就行了。盲听完后,再整理思路,然后对照原文,看看自己听的意思跟原文给的相差多少。想提高听力,多听是唯一的办法。坚持每天花半小时精听,不要间断。
