短篇新闻

1.开头很重要，一般第一题的答案就在开头，所以开头一定不能走神，要全神贯注地听。

2.视听一致的原则。边听边打勾√，注意说的完整性，一般一个选项中打勾的词越多且说越完整，答案就是它了。

3.如果都没听见，那就选最接近主题的，你反复听到的词

4.注意同义词的转换，这需要慢慢积累。

长对话

这一部分相对简单，采用男女对话形式展开，跟我们高中英语听力就很像了，要注意细节。有时选项都说到了，那就要注意问的是男生还是女生。

三、具体步骤：

第一遍：正常过一遍后，对答案。

第二遍：重点听你没有听出来的，返回去再听，实在听不出来，放弃，直接看答案。注意，看完答案后，要找出自己为什么听不出来的原因，是生词太多？语速过快？一一找出来，对症下药

第三遍：在第二遍的基础上，你大致理解了原文内容，可以试着关闭原文，看能听懂多少。听完后要记得反思，积累生词，整理笔记。过一段时间后再继续听，看自己掌握了多少。时间充裕的话可以还试着听写，找一篇一分多钟的文章，真题最好，精听。不要太难，适合自己的才是最好的。每个人的情况不同，要找到最适合自己的方法。

练习听力时，要用心去听，边听的时候脑子里边快速反应听到句子的意思。其实不需要每一句每一字都听懂，一句话里面，你能听懂他主要在讲什么就行了。盲听完后，再整理思路，然后对照原文，看看自己听的意思跟原文给的相差多少。想提高听力，多听是唯一的办法。坚持每天花半小时精听，不要间断。
