I like sports 英语演讲稿【By Kaiser3344】Good morning! Everybody. It is a great honour for me to make a speech here. My topic is “I like sports”. What do you think is the most important in our life? Maybe your answer is Air, Water, Food, Money, Or Time. Yes! Any of them is correct and reasonable. But in my opinion, health is the most important in our life. If we don’t have a healthy body, we can’t do anything. You can’t breathe the fesh air, we can’t drink water, we can’t eat, you can’t make money and buy things either. Time is limited for any of us, but if we are healthy enough, we can make the limited time much more meaningful. Then how can we have health! My answer is “doing sports”. So I like sports, as many people do.Everyone can get ill, but doing sports is the best doctor. There is a famous saying “Exercise one hour a day, keep illness away.” My own experience has prove this. I once had a kind of serious illness, which often made me go to see the doctors and take medicine, which I don’t like at all. and now I have almost recovered from that illness. I seldom take the medicine now. And I am sure I will be stronger and stronger if I keep doing exercise. Doing sports not only gives us a good health, it also brings us a lot of fun. When I am doing exercise together with my friends or classmates, I always feel the friendship. Whenever I do exercise together with my parents, We have a lot of fun. I can feel the family happiness.Health is very important for us all. Doing sports should be a necessary part of our life. If you want to be healthy, please do sports.
