I have been to Taipei Zoo about once a year. The zoo is like a hotel for animals. The animals come from many parts of the world.
我每年都去台北动物园一次。动物园就像是动物旅馆。这些动物来自世界许多地方。
The animals that came from Africa are elephants, lions, zebras, camels, ostriches, rhinoceros, hippopotamus, giraffes, hyenas, monkeys, and cheetahs, Kangaroos came from Australia.

The Lunar New Year The Lunar New Year is a great occasion to the Chinese people. It lasts about the first four days of the year， during which people do not work except for the workers on duty. There are green plants, clear rivers, lovely animals and kind people. I spent two weeks helping my grandfather do some farm work there.
I wrote down what happened in my diary every day.
Besides that, I helped the children in the neighbourhood with their lessons. I helped them read English and improve their spoken English.
Their parents thanked me for this.
