英语表达日期规则：用序数词表示

例：十月一日 写作：October 1, October 1st, 1 October, 1st October, (the) 1st of October等，其中的October都可以写成缩写形式Oct。

用英语表达年月日的顺序：

1、月\日\年

例：2002年1月17日

写作：January 17(th), 2002或January seventeenth, 2002（日和年之间需用逗号隔开）

2、日\月\年

例：2002年1月17日

写作：17(th) January, 2002或the seventeenth of January, 2002（月和年之间需用逗号隔开）

其中月份是专有名词，除了少数几个月份外都有缩写形式：

1、January - Jan. 一月

2、February - Feb. 二月

3、March - Mar. 三月

4、April - Apr. 四月

5、August - Aug. 八月

6、September - Sept. 九月

7、October - Oct. 十月

8、November - Nov. 十一月

9、December - Dec. 十二月

注意：缩写形式后面的点不能省略，因为它是表示缩写形式的符号。

1st June、22nd September、17th October、23rd February、19th May的简写形式如下：

1st June;22nd Sept.;17th Oct.;23rd Feb.;19th Mar.。(缩写形式后面的点不能省)

英语中的序数词如下图：

英语中时间的表达方法主要有直接法和借用介词法等。

一、直接法。

1、上午八点eight AM （a.m.）

2、下午九点nine PM （p.m.）

3、六点六分six six

二、借用介词法。

1、八点四十五a quarter to nine

2、七点零五分five past seven

3、七点五十四six to eight

三、表示正点的用法。

1、十一点正at 11 o'clock sharp

2、at 11 o'clock on the hour

3、at 11 o'clock on the strike

注：

1、12点22分可读作：twelve twenty-two： twenty-two past twelve（英式说法）；twenty-two after twelve（美式说法）

2、“提前半小时”可用：half an hour early； thirty minutes early； early by half an hour； half an hour ahead of time； half an hour ahead of schedule等来表示。
