我帮你写这封信的原因是我真的想让你的老师改变他的作业政策.别给太多的功课了.我跟你一起抱怨!!!June 13, 2006Dear Mr./Mrs.xxx, Hi!I pluck up my courage to write you this letter. I don't know if you have noticed that many of my classmates come to school with no smiles now . We come to school with heavy backpacks and we go home with even heavier ones. Everyday when we get home, the first thing we do is to take out all the homework you have assigned us and start tons and tons of workloads. Day in and day out, we repeat this tedious life. When I do my work, I feel dizzy and my fingers are numb. How I long to go out and have fun in the park or just lie down in the sofa and watch some cartoons! Children at my age are supposed to have fun after school. I don't know why, after we have been working hard all day at school, you still give us so much work. It seems that you want to keep us busy with work 24 hours a day. What is the point of doing that? I really don't see the purpose, do you? You know an English saying that goes like this," all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy." I am dull now and so are all my classmates. We are merely homework robots. Dear Mr./Mrs., please reconsider your homework policy. Could you kindly think of something fun and more challenging work like group projects or researches on the internet? Copying or drilling does not prepare us to adapt to the life of the new century.I know you mean good and you have been working hard checking all our homework. But it is time for a change!
