1、find主要用作及物动词，可接名词、代词、带疑问词的动词不定式或从句作宾语，也可接双宾语，其间接宾语可以转换为介词for的宾语，可用于被动结构。
2、find还可接以动词不定式或“(to be+) adj./v -ed/ v -ing/ prep. -phrase”充当补足语的复合宾语。接现在分词时表示动作正在进行；接过去分词表示动作已经完成；接动词不定式则表示看到动作的全部过程，不定式符号to可有可无，但如果不定式是to be，to则不可省略，但可省略to be。
