二、用法不同

2.held：作及物动词时其后可接名词、代词、动词不定式或that从句作宾语。作“认为，相信”解时可接that从句作宾语。

三、时态不同

1.hold：hold是原形用于一般现在时，三单作主语时加s。

2.held：held用于一般过去时，是hold过去式。
