Today is the first day of New Year,I am very happy,because I can get many lucky money! I get up early today,Then, I wake my parents up.They said today we should visit my grandparents.It was the most happiest this year,because my grandparents give me a big lucky money!I am happy today!

1. How to be strong and healthy. It's very important to keep our body strong and healthy. Without healthy body, we can do nothing even if we have a lot of money. Well, how to keep our body always strong and healthy? Actually it is not difficult at all. What should we do is firstly, sleep enough. Having enough sleep can help to enhance our immune system and at the same time reduce stress. Then we will not easily being infected by diseases. Next is to exercise regularly. It helps to build our muscle and improve our immune system. Besides, eat less junk foods because they do not provide our body with essential nutrients. Take our meals in time is one of the important step to keep healthy. Lastly, always keep ourselves clean like wash our hands before eating, change a clean cloth regularly and so on. Also make sure the living environment is clean to prevent diseases. By following the steps, we can be healthy and enjoy our lives well. 2. My plan for this new semester A new semester is coming soon.
