全国高等学校英语应用能力考试（PRETCO）简称英语应用能力考试,分为AB两个级别。B级为高职高专学生应达到的最低标准要求，B级标准略低于A级，是过渡性要求。AB级的能力要求相当于大学英语三级水平，考试一般在每年上半年6月、下半年12月各举行一次（四六级考试的第二天）。 AB级和四六级一样属于国家统一命题考试。区别仅在于四六级考试对象为本科院校的在校生，而AB级以大专院校在校生为对象。

满分100，分值分配。听力，15分每题1分。语法，一共15分。1.单选十道题，一共5分，每小题0.5分。2.填词十道题一共10分，每小题1分阅读，一共35分阅读一，阅读二共20分，每小题2分阅读三，四，五每小题1分翻译，一共20分四道选择题8分每小题2分，1分，0.5分(按答案正确程度给分，最佳答案2分，第二佳答案1分，最次之0.5分）翻译文字12分给分点依次是12分满，6—8分，4-6分作文，15分

问题本身过于模糊！英语三级有好几种：成人学位英语三级是分AB卷的。大学英语三级CET3是乱卷（用条形码分）。还有一个公共英语三级PETS3也是分AB卷的。所谓的AB卷只是选项排序不同。上面这三个考试网上还是很容易找到历界真题资料的。另外，网络教育的学生会参加大学英语B的考试。英语专业的会考大学英语A。这两个考试都是机考。题库调题。题库不对外，所以不太可能找到题。
