留底样品英文

We deliver so many bad samples, so it is a little chaos.I don't have the samples which were delivered on Mar. 5 in hand,but i have duplicate samples of May 6. I think they are the same one. so I am not sure.Could you please help us to check them wifh our client?

We'd sent too many samples, so it's a little bit messy.Now I don't have the sample delivered on March 5 at hand, but just the duplicate sample delivered on May 6. Thought the sample delivered on March 5 is the same as that delibered on May 6 - but I'm not quite sure of it.Could you please confirm with clients for us?

there is no any sample as reserve.
