[zá zhì] 杂志杂志（Magazine），有固定刊名，以期、卷、号或年、月为序，定期或不定期连续出版的印刷读物。它根据一定的编辑方针，将众多作者的作品汇集成册出版，定期出版的，又称期刊。“杂志”的形成来源于罢工、罢课或战争中的宣传小册子。这种类似于注重报纸的时效的手册，兼顾了更加详尽的评论，一种新的媒体也就因这样特殊的原因而产生了。最早出版的一本杂志是于1665年1月在阿姆斯特丹由法国人萨罗出版的《学者杂志》。我国最早的中医杂志——《吴医汇讲》，创刊于清乾隆五十七年(公元1792年)，停刊于清嘉庆六年(公元1801年)，前后历时10年，共刊出11卷，每卷均合订为一本，是类似年刊性质的中医杂志。它的稿件是当时江南一带的名医所供给的，故名《吴医汇讲》。任何一种杂志以自己的“ISSN"（国际标准连续出版物号）进行出版。

I like this feeling of belongings when reading paper books. From a collection point of view, E-books do not have a high value compared to paper books. （收藏价值你可以用collection，save更多用与节省，比如节省金钱：save money 或者拯救生命: save lives.) A reader who bought a hardcover book once said: although it is more expensive buying paper books, you can collect the book after reading it, but you cannot really collect e-books. From a sharing point of view, although it is fast sharing e-books on the internet, it is not convenient in the sense of borrowing/lending among friends.
