第二题 选择whoever，原因：原句很明显缺少一个主语。whoever（wh词）既可引导状语从句也可引导名词性从句，nomatter+wh词只能引导状语从句。这个当成结论就可用了。eg:whatever(nomatterwhat) hedoes,hewillneverbepunished.二者都可。因为前半句作状语，后半句才是真正的主句，且不缺主语。让步状语从句一般翻译成虽然~~但是，尽管，即使等，表转折关系。
