1:I visted in Beijing, it is really a big city.I like it very much.I saw the Water Cube and the Bird`s Nest.It is very huge and wonderful.I am very proud of my country,it is so great. 2:The person I never forget is Tom.He is my good friend and classmate.We often play games together after school.He does well in maths and English,and I am good at Chinese and Politics.So we always help each other out of the class.He is so nice that he uaually help others who in trouble.I am so proud of him and he is our role model.I never forget him ! 3:As we know, food gives us energy. We must have enough food to keep us healthy. If we choose right food, we can have healthy eating habits. We should eat more fruit and vegetables instead of biscuits, hamburgers,Beijing roast duck and so on We should eat fewer snacks and candies. Different foods help us in different ways.We should have different kinds of foods, such as fruit, vegetables, grains , eggs, milk, meat, fish and so on We should do exercise more often, so we can become healthier.4:Another new term comes again,so i should have a study plan to promot myself.
